Dispatch of orders To EU ANd Schengen countries may take up to 7 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays, or 1-2 business days during peak seasons.
orders within the U.S. will be shipped with FedEx ground and delivery takes 1-5 days after the shipping confirmation has been sent, depending on where you are in the U.S.
All Orders are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed.
Once your entire order has been dispatched, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
Delivery schedules is a best estimate only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. Verso Skincare will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
**During holiday seasons please keep in mind that postal delivery services are busier than usual. This includes shipping orders with speedy delivery in attempts to achieve delivery before Christmas upon request. We recommend for all orders to be placed as soon as possible to avoid any potential shipping delays.**

If Verso Skincare fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase. Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via SMS or email when your package is ready to be delivered.
First-time order policy
For security purposes, Verso Skincare reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder's verified billing address or work address.
