GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions (henceforth: \"The Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and brand owner of Verso Skincare; Selego AB (reg. No. 556857-8206), (henceforth: Verso Skincare, Selego AB and Verso Skincare USA Inc.; may be referred to as “us” and “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on Verso Skincare’s website versoskincare.com, versoskincare.eu, versoskincare.se and versoskincare.de (henceforth: the “website”). Verso Skincare reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of The Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that The Terms and Conditions valid for your order is always The Terms and Conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

The language of The Terms and Conditions is English.

PLACING ORDERS

By using the website and/or placing an order on the website you confirm that you have read The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood The Terms and Conditions before you place an order.

Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number, details of the product(s) you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details.

Please note that Verso Skincare does not quarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or are available for purchase. Verso Skincare reserves its right to stop selling a product. Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older.

ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you.

Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that Verso Skincare does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by email. If we already have received payment for such a product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

PRICES

The prices and delivery costs shown on the website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs shown on the website may vary from time to time and Verso Skincare is not bound by the price until Verso Skincare has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. The prices may also vary between a physical store and the website. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by email about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. Verso Skincare always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund you the amount of the purchase. Please also note that Verso Skincare may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by Verso Skincare under the condition that you realize or should have realized that the price information was incorrect. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout.

PAYMENTS

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
We accept payments by the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Purchases made with VISA, MasterCard or American Express may be verified through 3D Secure or SecureCode for safety and fraud prevention purposes. To comply with the highest security requirements set up by credit card providers, credit card payments at Verso Skincare are handled by hosted payment provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.). No payments are directly handled by the Verso Skincare servers. Klarna Bank AB (publ.) is licensed for 3D Secure and are fully PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.

Your card will be debited with the purchase amount when the order has been confirmed by Verso Skincare. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Verso Skincare, your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

KLARNA PAYMENTS
Through Klarna Bank AB (publ.), for certain markets, Verso Skincare also offer payment options handled directly through Klarna:

- Buy now. Pay later.: The payment period is selected by you in checkout: 14 days, next month or Klarna monthly invoice. The payment period will be started as soon as the order has been shipped.
- Slice it.: The payment is split up as per your selection and paid through monthly invoices directly to Klarna.
- Direct Payment.: The payment is handled directly through either credit card, bank account or bank transfer.

The above payment options handled directly by Klarna are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS
Verso Skincare also offers the possibility to make your payment through your PayPal account. PayPal stores and protects your bank card and bank data while enabling you to make payments online without having to disclose your financial data every time you make an online purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Verso Skincare offers shipping within EU, Schengen and United States. For delivery to other countries, please contact customerservice@versoskincare.com. Verso Skincare aim to ship all orders within 24 hours during weekdays, and the first following weekday if the order is placed during weekend.

Once your entire order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please note that delivery estimates in checkout are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping locations. Verso Skincare will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Please also note that the delivery estimates do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If Verso Skincare fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.

**Please note that the postal services are busier than usual during Holiday seasons and that this may affect the shipping time.

Verso Skincare offers delivery through the following carriers:

DHL DELIVERY
For Sweden, European Union and Schengen, Verso Skincare offers pickup point delivery service through DHL. The delivery will be made to a service/pickup point of your choosing. Estimated time of delivery is 2-5 days. Your carrier delivery notification will be sent through email and/or text message.

DUE TO SAFETY PROCEDURES DURING COVID-19, SHIPPING OF ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase at Verso Skincare's website, you are entitled to withdraw your purchase or exchange your product by sending a notice to Verso Skincare (customerservice@versoskincare.com) within 14 day of you receiving your order. In the case of a product being broken during transportation, please send a photo for proof to Verso Skincare (customerservice@versoskincare.com).

Returned product(s) should be in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice no later than 14 days after sending your notice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Verso Skincare will not accept returns where labels have been removed or products have been opened.

Refunds for returned goods will be made within 14 days of the return of the product by the same payment method used at the original purchase for the amount paid to Verso Skincare. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Refunds for faulty items will be made within a 30 day period following delivery.

Faulty products can only be refunded if the products' functionality or value has not diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. However, you must always notify Verso Skincare within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If Verso Skincare consider the products to be defective, Verso Skincare will make a full refund.

RETURN STEPS

Please follow the below steps when returning:

1. Send a notice to customerservice@versoskincare.com and include your order number, reason for return request and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, email address and phone number in order for us to be able to contact you if neccessary.

2. If the return is accepted, you will then receive a confirmation from us and we will send a prepaid return label. Please note that if you would like to return your product in another way, Verso Skincare do not offer compensation for the return fee.

3. Place the product(s) in the original shipping box, or another solid well-padded carton box. Close the box and tape it securely. Place the prepaid return label on the box and clearly mark the package with the order number. 

If you choose to return your product in another way than recommended by Verso Skincare, please send it with an authorized and secure forwarding agent/transport company.

4.1. For returns with EU, Schengen and other European countries, please address the shipment to:

5. We will send you an email confirmation once the return has been processed and the refund has been made.

Please note that Verso Skincare does not handle any returns or withdrawals from other retailers. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made in those matters.

UK

Import duties for orders via www.versoskincare.com to the UK will be fully covered. Temporary VAT number: GB085078784000.

TRADEMARKS

Please note that your use of this website does not grant you any rights to use Verso Skincare trademarks.

RESALE POLICY


You may purchase products on versoskincare.com for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on versoskincare.com(.eu, .de, .us), you certify that you are purchasing products for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept The Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE

Verso Skincare cannot promise that the content of the website is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Verso Skincare may, at any time, amend the content of the website. Although Serso Skincare strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the website and online shop, errors may occur. Part of the services provided through the website are maintained by third party operators. In situations where Verso Skincare acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Verso Skincare cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the website or, for that matter, not being able to use the website. Verso Skincare cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the website.

VERSO SKINCARE RESPONSIBILITY

Verso Skincare’s liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by law. In no case whatsoever will Verso Skincare assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Verso Skincare’s liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order. In case of force majeure, verso skincare’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and verso skincare can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by verso skincare.

VIOLATION OF RULES

Verso Skincare reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the website. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden (excluding the International Sale of Goods Act). Any disputes pertaining to these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively referred to the district court of Stockholm, as the court of first instance. Please note that you can also file possible claims against Verso Skincare before the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
