If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase at verso skincare online store You are entitled to withdraw your purchase or exchange your product by sending a notice to Verso Skincare WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DATE ON WHICH YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT.

Return product(s) in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. The verso skincare Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. 

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 14 days of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery.

In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to customerservice@versoskincare.com.

Refund relating to the right of withdrawal
If you choose to withdraw your purchase in accordance with the terms set forth in the section 1, Verso Skincare will issue a refund of the amount paid to Verso Skincare.  Refunds will be made within 14 days of the return of the product(S), to the same payment method and card that was used at the purchase. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery.

 Please note that Verso skincare only issues a full refund if the product/s is in the same conditions as at the time of delivery. If the products’ value has diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function, you have an obligation to reimburse us. Thus, Verso skincare then has the right to withhold such amount of the refund.

To avoid a deduction, please make sure the product you wish to refund is in the exact same condition as when you received them, with seal/celLophane still attached.

Returning the products
Upon your withdrawal of your purchase, please return the product/s as soon as reasonably practicable but no later than 14 days after sending your notice.

When returning please follow the steps below:

1. Simply email customerservice@versoskincare.com and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.

2. You will then receive a confirmation upon receiving your noticea and we will send a prepaid return label. If you would like to return your product in another way VERSO skincare do not offer compensation for the return fee.

Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box well-padded. Close the box and tape it securely. place the prepaid return lable on the box and clearly mark the package with the order number. if you choose to return your product in another way please send with authorized secure forwarding agent/transport company.

5. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.

Defective products
If you receive defective products from the verso skincare online store, please notify us immediately. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. However, you must always notify Verso Skincare within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If Verso Skincare consider the products to be defective, Verso skincare will make a full refund. Please see more information about your legal consumer rights in the Consumer Act (1990: 932).

Verso Skincare online store does not handle any returns and withdrawls or returns of deffective products purchased from other retailers. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made in those matters.

Verso Skincare acts in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. Please notify us as soon as possible after receiving defective products.
