We have chosen to enhance some of our most effective products with peptides to prolong and maintain the results of our vitamin A complexes. Poly Hydroxy Acid, PHA, is available in different forms but we only include gluconolactone in our products. This is an ingredient that has properties reminding of the classic AHA, but PHA causes less irritation. The reason PHA is less irritating than AHA is because of its larger molecular structure. PHA has soothing, moisturizing and antioxidant benefits. It also helps with the exfoliating process on the skins surface.
